Material and technical base of the department
In 2018, the ENU Engineeering laboratory building was opened. In the laboratory building the department has 3 specialized audiences (aud. 140-05), (aud. 140-06, 140-09):
– Laboratory «Train dispatcher»;
– Laboratory «Transportation Process Management»;
– Laboratory «Operation of transport»
The department has a computer class with software packages Rail-Atlas, PTV Visum (aud140-9). Software for the organization of courses "Planning and modeling of traffic flows", item number 0000000323 of January 18, 2016, in the amount of 2 million 958 thousand 936 tenge.

The department has a branch of the department in the bus park number 1 of Astana. At the branch of the department AP №1 there are two laboratories and the entire territory of the park with various diagnostic workshops.
At the department "Organization of transportation, traffic and operation of transport" has lecture halls:
− 429 audience as a teacher
− 430 auditorium is the office of undergraduates who conduct the lesson;
− 431 audiences for graduates;
− 432 audience operation of road transport;
− 433 audience operation of railway transport;
During the reporting period, 2 new computer numerators of account 2410 were purchased, invoice for the movement of OS No. 96 dated January 29, 2020.
The total number of computer equipment (computers), including those used in the educational process, at the Department of OPDiET - 6 computers in office No. 431; 3 computers in office number 432; in the audience of CISI 140 (10) - 1 computer.
